You’re not in Radiator Springs anymore. This is the Sydney Dragway in Australia and it look to be the place where Mater, form the Cars movie saga, likes to come and have some fun.
From tractor-cow tipping to shredding its rear tires all thanks to some “happy gas” sniffing, judging by the face he’s got now. Bet that ethanol tastes nice, but it's bad for your tires.

Guess you can say he also likes doing doughnuts now along with driving backwards and scaring tractors while they sleep.

What do you mean you don’t know what I’m talking about here and never heard of Mater? Cheesus Chrysler, he’s one of the main characters from the Cars movies, owner of Tow Mater Towing & Salvage in Radiator Springs, the place where most of the action in the first film takes place.

He’s loyal, happy, speaks funny and is one of the first to befriend and support Lightning McQueen through his first adventure. It might sound silly, but you can’t be a car enthusiast and not see these animated films.

The “real-life” Mater you see here in the video is based on a 1950 International truck and has a serious V8 under that hood. Still, you can see those double rear tires have been reduced to singles in order to loose grip easier.
