Bugatti Sang Bleu Grand Sport Revealed

Until the French manufacturer finally reveals its long-awaited Veyron successor, Bugatti continues to roll out special and anniversary flavors of its popular model than once held the record for the world's fastest mass-produced street-legal car. This time we're talking about Bugatti Sang Bleu Grand Sport, a model especially developed to honor Bugatti's 100th anniversary, as the carmaker said in a release.

Unveiled at the Pebble Beach event, the new Grand Sport Sang Bleu relies on a combination of carbon fiber and aluminum, "an innovation never realized before," as Bugatti claims. It is painted in blue carbon fiber with polished aluminum, with the visual carbon fiber tinted in royal blue, just like the rear airscoops.

The new rims are surely some of the things that quickly catch our eyes as they are inspired by the Grand Sport Roadster and painted in Midnight Blue and Diamond Cut. As for the interior, the new Bugatti features newly-developed Gaucho leather. The rest of the interior is mostly the same with the ones we've seen on other Veyrons.

As we said before, Bugatti is also working on a brand new model that might see daylight at the upcoming Frankfurt Auto Show in September. There are no confirmed details at this time but, from what we have seen on a couple of computer-generated images, it will feature Bugatti's emblematic grille, with the front bumper now boasting large air intakes and housing the front fog lights. At the rear, LED lights, four tail pipes and a rear window divider are the first things you'll notice when looking at the car.
