For quite a while now, Audi, has been using various movies to showcase its cars and actually beg customers to buy their creations on the account that they are cool.
Don't be fooled, only the best Audis were picked to be shown to the general public from an advantageous perspective. For example, in Hitman they showcased the brand new (back then) Audi S5 and in Iron Man a lot of R8s were used.

However, BMW decided to stay away from this kind of behavior and just sell cars because they are good and not because they look cool on the big screen. This year though, they decided to give it a shot and see what happens.

They picked a smaller film, one that is not as flashy as Iron Man. "Now You See Me" is a movie about an FBI agent and an Interpol detective that track a team of illusionists who pull off bank heists during their performances and reward their audiences with the money.

Not a bad idea for a movie and not a bad idea to showcase your cars, since there will be a lot of action and driving involved here, things at which BMW excels. The main car you'll be seeing will be the 3 Series Sedan. Alongside this, main appearance, you'll also see the face lifted 7 Series in a couple of shots. Not too much, just enough to make you curious and drive one. After that, the car will speak for itself.
