Celebrating 25 years of publishing, Diesel Car Magazine announced the winners of the much coveted annual Car of the Year Awards 2013 today.
Amongst the impressive list of candidates, the F30 BMW 3 Series won the award for the best "Large Car" powered by a diesel engine, making this the second time the new model was awarded by the Diesel Car Magazine since its launch last year.
Two prizes in two years is a rather good performance for the new 3er. Other brand new cars won various prizes including: the Ford Fiesta for best small car, Jaguar XF for the best executive car (well, it is a British publication after all), Range Rover Evoque for the best crossover and the Volkswagen Golf as the car of the year 2013.
Publishing over 310 issues over since 1988, Diesel Car Magazine is focused on the diesel car market, including alternative fuel vehicles. Published monthly, the issues discussed within the pages of the publication include tip and tricks for your diesel cars but also news and reviews of different diesel models.
