Back in the 1920s, the world would meet a brand that is still alive today, Airstream, and if a brand is still alive and pumping out fresh designs after so many decades isn't a testament to know-how and capability, I don't know what is. Let's take the Classic 33FB as the perfect example of what Airstream means and where it is today.

Now, the Classic is named as such because it brings forward all the classic styling, features, and lifestyle that Airstream has grown to be known for. Best of all, these babies are considered premium units, with prices starting at a tad over $188K (€173K at current exchange rates). As for the 33FB, the largest of the two floorplans under this category, it's currently selling for an account-draining $206,500 (€190K). That's basically your children's college fund, but who needs an education these days; Google has all the answers.

To understand a bit more about what to expect from this machine, let's take a little trip through our imagination. In this way, you'll find yourself in the center of the action, fidgeting with knobs, flipping light switches, playing with control panels, and lounging around. Maybe you've brought along a few kayaks and e-bikes for your adventures or some outdoor lounge chairs and a table for kicking it by the fire. Ready? Pay the man, and let's go!

After you've made it to your destination with all 33 ft (10 m) of the mobile home, you'll lock those two axles, stabilize your unit, and it's time to unfurl the magic. Unleash the awnings, set up the solar systems, check water levels, and blare some music through the speakers. Be sure to check climate control levels, and it's then time to party or relax, whichever you prefer.

After all, imagine cooking for five people, and you keep getting tripped by the kids, or you have to go to the other side of your unit to grab salt and pepper; not the sort of experience you'll have in a Classic. Spaces are beautifully partitioned and well-defined.

Starting with that fully-stocked galley, imagine yourself whipping up your favorite meals. Everything you need is within arm's reach, and once you're done, turn around and set the table. Four guests can take a seat at the dinette, but a couple of folks can use the bar service instead, which extends from the galley block.
