The debut of the 2020 Porsche 911 is just around the corner, with the rear-engined toy expected to make its debut later this month, at the Los Angeles Auto Show. Meanwhile, the German engineers are polishing the final details of the Neunelfer, with prototypes showing up almost uncamouflaged all over the world.
And now that the camo is gone, we can also talk about the various hues that cover these test cars. Yesterday, we showed you a 992-generation 911 that came dressed in Miami Blue, a shade that allowed the sportscar to act like an attention magnet.

We are now back in the 992 spotting game and that's because we want to show you an example that comes with an introvert finish. To be more precise, the Porscha sitting before you is covered in Agate Grey, which makes it perfect for those who want to stay below the radar.

For one thing, such an asset shouldn't be taken lightly, especially not when talking about a machine whose starting price will sit at about $100,000 - the current Neunelfer kicks off at over $90,000 and the generation change will bring the obvious pricing increase.

In case you're looking for a more dynamic take on the 2020 Porsche 911, you can check out this recent Nurburgring sighting, which shows multiple prototypes being pushed hard.

The most important changes brought by the new generation of the Porsche 911 are led by the hybridization of the machine. Nevertheless, we might have to wait for the .2 mid-cycle revamp to meet the gas-electric version(s) of the Porscha.

As for the cabin, the most notable upgrade comes from the partially digital dashboard, which does maintain the traditional center rev counter.

And while the model we have here is a Carrera (S), we'll also get to see the 992 Porsche 911 Turbo and the 992 Porsche 911 GT3 next year, with the latter set to maintain its naturally aspirated flat-six and its manual tranny.
