Subaru isn't exactly the kind of prolific Asian automaker like Toyota, for example. Instead, the carmaker is a bit more subtle and restrained when it comes to model introductions.
For instance, in America, the latest update of one of its models was bestowed upon the 2024 BRZ sports car, which now has a starting price of $30,195 – that is almost as high as a 2024 Ford Mustang EcoBoost Fastback, which goes out for $30,920. Otherwise, the company just keeps updating the little details that matter the most.

For example, along with the new 2024 BRZ tS performance-focused trim, you could also buy a 2024 Impreza or 2024 Crosstrek because they both have 2023 IIHS Top Safety Pick awards. They recently announced the adoption of Tesla's NACS for their EVs sold in America, and their sales grew in October by another 10.7 percent compared to last year.

That's not bad, right? Especially since they only have on sale the $24,995 Crosstrek, $27,095 Forester, $28,895 Outback, $34,195 Ascent – all 2024 model years – when dealing with crossover SUVs, plus the Solterra BEV. Well, as it turns out, Subaru of America announced at the start of November they would have "an all-new fully redesigned vehicle" at the Los Angeles Auto Show, with the debut scheduled for November 16 at 9:40 AM PT (12:40 PM ET).

Naturally, that all-new vehicle introduction doesn't happen very often at Subaru, given its streamlined model family. As such, it is no wonder that the rumor mill went into overdrive trying to figure out which model is going to feature under the spotlight on LA's red carpet. Well, according to the imaginative realm of digital car content creators, we have just a couple of options, actually – either the 2025 or 2026 Outback or maybe the next Forester.

According to the good folks over at the Q Cars and PoloTo channels on YouTube, their resident pixel masters only have eyes for the potential redesign or all-new generation of the 2025 or 2026 Subaru Outback. The former channel's CGI expert used the power of AI assistance to make the next Outback appear more prominent than before, slightly more rugged, but also featuring a modern design language that could take Subaru to the next level.

Meanwhile, his counterpart from PoloTo didn't shy to just mix and match various styling elements from multiple other Subaru models – all the while keeping the traditional look of the Outback intact. However, a trio of like-minded automotive channels think that Subaru can only bring to the table an all-new Forester – eventually with a hybrid powertrain.

As such, if you want an alternative, also check out the videos embedded below from Real Automotive, AutomagzPro, and TheAutoReport. Just like with the previous outlets focusing on the Outback, their visions range from a simple CGI facelift to a modern or extreme, futuristic makeover. Yep, in these AI-powered days, anyone is entitled to 'draw' an opinion, it seems!
