Ever wondered how professional drivers feel when they take their car to the edge? Do they get that particular quiver, the tickles softly surrounding you muscles, teasing your mind? Do they get scared when the speed is almost too high to take the turn? Do they get a crazy heartbeat? With their new advertorial, Lexus wants their fans to see the driver's pulse literally.
First of all, we need to mention that this phosphorescent color they play around with on cars is not new. We’ve seen it before on numerous occasions, with Nissan using it in similar marketing ventures with their Leaf EV. Talented aftermarket shops use it as well, and some of them are quite gifted at it.

However, this could easily pass as one of the most inspired ideas we’ve seen so far in terms of illuminating wraps. Built with one purpose, Lexus claims they did this particular project to underline how thrilling the RC F is to drive. Three professional drivers were connected to the powerful 5.0-liter V8 high-performance coupe through unique biometric paintwork that displayed their heart beat.

According to Lexus Australia, a test track inspired from the heart of Japanese Motorsport was created, then raced, at night. They call it Heart Racing, and up to one point, that’s exactly what the unique venture stands for.

At the moment of writing this, we were still about a day away from the official release of the clip. We did list the video teaser below anyway, just so you guys know what to expect.

Now, imagine this same thing applied to LeMans racing cars...
