After the official unveiling that took place yesterday, Mazda has released the first video of its brand-new 2014 Mazda3 hatchback.
As we already noted, the 2014 Mazda3 benefits from the company’s KODO design language which bring the sleek and sporty styling cues seen on the larger 2014 Mazda6. More upscale than the outgoing model, the new Mazda3 offers an enhanced interior as well, with more space and higher quality materials.
Now fitted with a 30 percent stiffer chassis, the Mazda3 is also 90 kg (200 lbs) lighter than its predecessor. Under the hood, the compact will become available with a choice of three engines in Europe, while the North American market will get two for the time being.
