2013 Gallardo Plays in the Mud and Snow: Beef and Horses

Under the amusing title "Beef and Horse", French website Braquages has just released one of the most hardcore test drives we've seen in a while, featuring the 2013 Gallardo.
Revealed last year at the Paris Motor Show in 2012, this facelift is the last change to the Gallardo before it's replaced by the Cabrera. They gave the old war horse some triangular air intakes, new wheels and other touches, but the French review is not about that, it's about driving hard.

It takes a lot of guts to put a supercar through the type of grit that will sand blast the paint into a matte finish and take a few underbody panels with it. And what if that patch of snow had ice in it? Takes some heavy ones, we tell you!

Mihnea's favorite cars have already been built, the so-called modern classics from the '80s and '90s. He also loves local car culture from all over the world, so don't be surprised to see him getting excited about weird Japanese imports, low-rider VWs out of Germany, replicas from Russia or LS swaps down in Florida.
