The yet-unnamed Alfa Romeo SUV has been spotted again, this time it was being tested on the streets of Los Angeles, California. It still features an Alfa Giulietta body, with what appears to be a Jeep grille on the front - a rather disturbing image, if you ask us, but one which clearly shows that Jeep is co-developing the vehicle with Alfa Romeo.
We think that Alfa Romeo’s SUV will be good to look at, and if we were to factor in Jeep’s vast experience in the field of 4x4s, this collaboration has the potential to produce something quite special: a great looking SUV which will be able to handle the ‘rough stuff’. This early test mule is not what the actual car will look like, however, after seeing the Giulietta body on raised suspension, we can say that we honestly wouldn’t mind the two to be similar from a design standpoint.

If they get it right, we will have no reason to bash Alfa Romeo for making an SUV, as we will all want one. However, if they get it wrong, we may never hear the end of “they should have stuck to building...”-type discussions.
