Mitsubishi UK Introduces the Colt 1.3 Juro Special Edition

In order to take advantage of the British customer’s new love-afar with frugal little city runarounds, Mitsubishi Motors in the UK has launched a new special edition model, the Colt 1.3 Juro. Available throughout the Mitsubishi dealer network, the Colt Juro will appeal to a range of customers with a high specification level and competitive pricing.

The special edition is based on the existing Colt CZ2 but has received the addition of a portable Garmin satellite navigation system which includes Bluetooth as standard. The model also comes with leather upholstery at no extra charge.

A set of 16" alloy wheels fill the car’s wheel arches, while the Clear Tec models benefit from slightly smaller 15” wheels. Among the extra touches that come as standard for the Juro we would also mention air conditioning, steering wheel audio controls, leather steering wheel & gear shift knob, electric windows, plus front, side and curtain airbags.

The Colt Juro will be available in five different colors, namely Cool Silver (metallic), Stone Grey (metallic), Orient Red (metallic), Amethyst Black (metallic) and Lightening Blue (metallic).

Thanks to the improvements to technology and safety, the insurance group rating for the Colt Juro is rated 16E across the whole range. So it should be as cheap to insure as it is to run.

Overall, the Colt Juro special edition offers good value for money, together with an after-sales package that provides worry-free motoring. According to the official press release, demonstrator vehicles will be available from February 25, 2011.

List prices are as follows with a £360 (including VAT) metallic and pearlescent paint surcharge:
  • 1.3 Juro 3dr Manual   £10,499
