Honda Fireblade Is UK's Best Used Bike in 2010

Following a recent motorcycle industry survey conducted by British Dealer News, the Honda CBR1000RR Fireblade has been awarded the ‘Best Used Bike of the Year’ title. Users voted the CBR1000RR Fireblade thanks to its good overall riding package, for being a consistent top seller and desirable motorcycle, rating very highly in reliability and quality and retaining its value well.

To celebrate the feat, the British division of Honda announced the Fireblade (available as standard or equipped with the world-first electronically controlled C-ABS designed specifically for sports bikes) will be available with 0% APR finance over 36 months until March 31, 2011.

“The Fireblade has consistently proved itself as an incredible machine both on the road and track. The fact that it’s still as popular today as it was back in 1992 when it was introduced in its first incarnation is testament to the machine’s impressive credentials and, we’re delighted to know that motorcycle dealers across the industry hold the Fireblade with the same regard as our customers do,”
Steve Martindale, General Manager of Honda (UK) Motorcycles, said in a statement for the press.

The Honda CBR1000RR Fireblade has been providing riders with exciting experiences for nineteen years now, while managing to add four BSB championship titles and countless TT race wins to its name, as well as being the first machine to break the 200mph barrier at the North West 200 and 130mph lap at the legendary Isle of Man TT. The bike has multiple competitors on the market, such as Kawasaki Ninja ZX-10R and Suzuki GSXR1000.
