Honda has introduced a Mugen Limited Edition model for the City sedan, a vehicle built in India and offered in several markets in south and southeast Asia.
The City Mugen, which will only be available in Philippines for the time being, is based on the 1.5 EL AT trim and comes with range of genuine Mugen parts, including a unique front grille, frond under spoiler, side skirts and rear wing spoiler.
Production of this special edition sedan will be limited at only 20 units, all of which will be painted in Taffeta White. The Honda City Mugen can be ordered as we speak and costs PHP976,00, which means about $22,000 or €16,000 at current exchange rates.
As a reminder, the 2014 Honda City is a B-segment affordable sedan that features an all new styling and rides the same platform used in the new Jazz/Fit hatchback. The vehicle can be had with two engine choices - a 1.5-liter diesel with 100 HP (available on the Mugen) and a 1.4-liter i-VTEC petrol with 120 HP.
