Acura revived the NSX and brought it into production in 2016 and yet aftermarket developers haven't exactly rushed to develop goodies for it, since the hybrid powerplant of the beast makes things complicated. Well, we are now here to talk about what a developer calls the world's first tuned NSX.
Truth be told, the extra muscle for the Acura halo car is welcome. You see, this supercar is fit for those who happen to have an early adopter fetish. However, the instant electric torque that is part of the package simply isn't enough for the supercar class.

As such, competitors like the Nissan GT-R, the Porsche 911 Turbo or the Audi R8 can the NSX behind in a drag race.

And the scale footprint drawback that's part of the gas-electric hardware means the thing will also get beaten in lap time tests.

Returning to the example we have here, the thing features two mods, namely a custom exhaust supplied by Armytrix and an ECU play. The latter comes in the form of a piggyback upgrade, with the signal from the car's factory computer being transformed.

We'll remind you that the second-generation Acura NSX is animated by a hybrid powerplant comprised of a twin-turbo 3.5-liter V6 and three electric motors - while each of the front wheels gets its own motor, the third unit is linked to the dual-clutch tranny, helping the internal combustion engine feed the rear axle.

The V6 delivers 500 hp (507 PS), with the overall output of the system sitting at 573 hp (581 PS).

Well, now that the internal combustion engine has received the said goodies, the supercar delivers around 650 horses. Note that the said output was measured using a Mustang AWD dyno and 91-octane pump gas.

And with the video below taking us through the dyno process, we can't wait to see this NSX performing in the real world.
