Whether we’re talking about American safety bodies like the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration or European ones such as the Euro NCAP, the test vehicles are subjected to are getting tougher and tougher in order to make sure that the vehicles can protects us in the infinity of ridiculous crash situations we can encounter on the road.
Today we’re here to bring you one of those incredible accidents and we’re talking about a Lexus RX that has plumetted 300 feet (90 meters) into the Malibu Canyon in California.
The reason for which the woman behind the wheel ended up in this situation is unknown, but it’s amazing that she survived the crash. She did suffer back injuries though and was flown to the nearest hospital by helicopter thanks to the Malibu Search and Rescue Team (SAR).
