The BMW E30 fan base is huge and already full with amazing video and custom cars, but everyday you get the chance to learn about a new car, a new build or just a new video like we did today.
This video has been online for some time but it looks really good and needs to be shared with as many people as possible. It features a 1988 BMW E30 325i that looks very good.
Cars like this are the reason we love Bimmers. When you own a car like this, that is 25 years old and sounds and drives like a dream, what more can you wish? The original car was fitted with an 2.5-liter inline 6-cylinder engine called M20B25 that delivered 160 HP and 226 Nm of torque. However, the owner decided to throw an E24 525i engine in there that has 192 HP and 245 Nm of torque and goes by the name of M50B25.
Fortunately the engine is still working today in the same exact manner as it did when it left the assembly line in 1988. The car has been fitted with a roll cage and custom BBS RS1 wheels in the classic E30 way. It's true though, without proper care and a lot of passion, this Bimmer might've not looked this good or even worse, it could've ended in a scrapyard. Fortunately, the passion of us, BMW fans, manages to save some of these beauties from the chop and keep them on the roads alongside newer, younger models.
