Last time when we wrote about Vaughn Gittin Jr. he was playing with fire while doing a lot of awesome stunts at the wheel of his souped-up 2014 Mustang RTR.
Now, the Maryland-born driver is back in our news having fun in a third-generation Mustang. But it gets better, because he’s not just drifting around a track in a Fox Body pony. Gittin was paired with Ryan Tuerck, another Formula Drift professional, who had a Nissan 240SX at his disposal.
And that’s not all, the session is all about opposite control, which means that Gittin is only allowed to work the steering wheel, the rest of the vehicles being handled by Tony Angelo.
The unofficial battle becomes much more interesting when both teams get the hang of their vehicles and decide its time to do a tandem drift. There’s a little contact involved, but not too much damage fortunately. Check out the video below.
