The Toyota Land Cruiser may be one of the toughest off-roaders in the world, but its Lexus sister car, the LX, likes to hide that character under a posh skin. Now, it is time for this rugged luxury vehicle to receive an update.
The revised version of the range-topping Lexus LX 570 is set to make its debut at the 2012 Detroit Auto Show, as autoblog writes. It seems that the vehicle will only receive visual modifications, in the form of a redesign for the front and rear fascias.

The vehicle is also expected to receive a few infotainment upgrades, but the 5.7-liter V8 engine should come in the same form as before, with the exception of a few tweaks that should improve fuel efficiency.
