With the redesigned 2024 Ford F-150 ready to start sales from early next year and the mighty Chevy Silverado running as fast as it can to steal the F-Series' delivery crown, you would think that Ram abandoned the fight and settled in third place.
The North American full-size pickup truck sector is not overly populated, given the options of Ford F-Series, Chevrolet Silverado and GMC Sierra (including the HDs), Ram trucks, Toyota Tundra, plus the Nissan Titan and Titan XD. However, it's pretty darn hard to impose a new model or even increase the market share of existing ones when the F-Series and Chevy Silverado are such big forces to be reckoned with.

On the other hand, the established players can always strike out with a popular model – just look at the XV70 Toyota Tundra, which's been quite successful even if it doesn't jeopardize the Big Detroit Three. Alas, it would be understandable if Ram Trucks wants a little more than the eternal third place. The last time we heard, its 1500 series was preparing for significant updates for the 2025 model year, with the redesign bringing forth the loss of the mighty Hemi V8 engine.

Instead, the full-size workhorse and adventure truck would need to rely on V6 and inline-six Hurricane mills – and the spy photographers plus videographers have all revealed that even the mighty 1500 TRX would lose the supercharged V8 along with its throaty voice. That is clearly going to be a sad day for Mopar fans given that starting this fall, they are not allowed to buy a Hemi V8-equipped Dodge Challenger pony/muscle car or Charger sedan as the two are preparing for a potential switch to inline-six mills and an EV lifestyle with nine levels of Banshee EV prowess.

Still, all these rumor mill novelties have little impact on the imaginative realm of digital car content creators as the pixel masters are more preoccupied with looks rather than all those bland technical specifications. The good folks over at the AutoYa info channel on YouTube even have a satellite venue dubbed AutoYa Interior, and that's where all the (CGI) Ram 1500 action occurs – from inside out.

After the main channel showcased its hypothetical vision of the 2025 Ram 1500, now it's time for the cockpit-focused pixel master to show his prowess. However, that doesn't mean we are going to see much – the latest spy information reveals that Ram's designers didn't give the interior too much thought, and maybe only the touchscreen of the infotainment system will feature a larger display… and not much else. Alas, as per tradition with this channel, the CGI expert also thought about potential new interior colors to go well with the exterior reel. As such, at least we can imagine the redesigned Ram 1500 sporting attractive hues – both inside and out.
