Although it might sound surprising to the uninitiated, Toyota is one of the most prolific automakers in the North American markets, even more so than the Big Detroit Three.
That's pretty easy to understand if you're a fan, though. For one, the Japanese automaker is locked in seemingly eternal combat with General Motors for the crown and throne of US market sales. And while GM had a slight advantage at halfway, the final six months of the year might tip the scales in Toyota's favor, after all.

If not, no worries; superstars like the 2024 Tacoma or Land Cruiser that are coming out late this year and early in 2024 will surely make a (positive) dent in the charts. But that is not all, as the Asian company is fully intent on making a splash at the fall's trendiest automotive events. First, they will daze and amaze at the inaugural 2023 Japan Mobility Show (formerly known as the Tokyo Motor Show) with lots and lots of concepts, including the first-ever electric Land Cruiser as well as a new pickup truck.

The latter is probably sending jolts of envy through the hearts of Ford Maverick and Hyundai Santa Cruz corner office head honchos because the EPU pickup truck concept is clearly directed at the unibody compact pickup truck sector. However, that is not all, as back in America, we are preparing for November's Los Angeles Auto Show, taking place at the Los Angeles Convention Center between November 17 and 26.

And, again, Toyota is taking center stage there, too, as the company is among the few automakers still confident that classic four-door sedans have a future. As such, they have recently teased a new model, which the rumor mill claims might be the ninth generation XV80 Toyota Camry, set to be unveiled for the 2025 model year to better fight the new Honda Accord and the lot. Naturally, what's up the ladder across the rumor mill is also high on the list of the imaginative realm of digital car content creators.

Thus, just like many others, Dimas Ramadhan, the virtual automotive artist behind the Digimods DESIGN channel on YouTube, has also taken up the task of revealing the feistier XV80 Toyota Camry in ninth-generation form. While the official teaser clearly suggests the way this new model will showcase its LED DRL signature, these pixel masters always take creative matters into their own hands – or rather, at the tip of their CGI brushes.

As such, this unofficial next-gen Camry features a signature front fascia design that's probably inspired by the S235 Toyota Crown flagship sedan and also by the spectacular yet affordable 2024 Prius 'Hybrid Reborn' without actually copying any of them. Additionally, the classic four-door sedan profile looks even sportier now, and also the rear features a pretty distinctive styling, complete with a low-slung trunk spoiler, if you ask us.
