Turbocharged Mazda Miata / MX-5 Drifting

The Mazda Miata MX-5 / Miata is a great car to have fun in, but if you ask it to drift, its rather modest power will have toruble in maintaining the slide. Thus, if you’re really willing to make your MX-5 slide, you have to ad a turbocharging kit and we’ve brought the adjacent video to demostrate what happens if you do this.
The clip, which comes from Youtube user Marchetinno, shows us an exaplle of the vehicles that has been heavily modified, with the car offering an incredible power to weight ratio.

The Miata was put on a diet and now tips the scales at just 700 kg (1,543 lbs) and delivers around 330 hp. These assets are being put to good use on the track, as the clip shows, with the vehicle offering one delicious drift after another.
