Toyota Supra Gets "Lamborghini" Taillights, Looks Like a Japanese Huracan

Now that the Mk V Supra is among us, the reputation of its predecessor only continues to grow - while the newcomer was born as a tuner's favorite, mostly thanks to the sock-solid aftermarket rep of the 2JZ-animated 90s model that came before it, owners of the Mk IV also want to play the attention-grabbing game, so they need to keep their rides fresh.

And a recent example of this comes from the Mk IV Supra sitting behind the screen. This Japanese machine has been gifted with new taillight and the new hardware is something to talk about. That's because these light clusters look like the kind you normally find on machines wearing the Lamborghini badge.

The Sant'Agata Bolognese-specific "Y" shapes are here, while the progressive form of the turn signals once again catches the eye.

Keep in mind these taillights were born as a rendering, while Brad Builds, the digital label behind the work, may or may not have expected them to migrate to the real world.

Now, as explained in the social media post below, which showcases the LED visual adventure, the taillights of the Lamborghini Huracan were the main source of inspiration for this project.

And while we're talking about this rendering having become a reality, you should know this is a trend nowadays. In fact, you'll be able to check out a coverstory highlighting five stories of the sort that have changed the ending decade soon, as we'll publish this on December 26.

Now, you should keep in mind that the Mk IV Supra aftermarket community is not the only one that has decided to borrow the Raging Bull lighting signature.

For one thing, multiple owners of C7 Chevrolet Corvettes have also gone down this path. In fact, as we discussed last month, certain 'Vettes of the sort pack Lambo-like lights at both ends.
