Having skillful workers will definitely ensure a greater customer-dealership experience and satisfaction and Toyota knows how to train its personnel, a program that will be further enhanced by the opening of its new Takimi Service Center in Gifu Prefecture.
The Japanese automaker has recently announced that three of its employees have each achieved gold medals in their respective fields of work at the 42nd WorldSkills Competition in Leipzig, Germany, this year.

“Building upon their rigorous day-to-day training and studies, Toyota employees from Japan, Thailand and Indonesia demonstrated their impressive, accumulated skills. I wish to thank everyone for their support and guidance. These representatives show that for Toyota, and for Japan, highly skilled monozukuri is essential in realizing sustainable growth. Toyota will continue to invest in human resource development for the preservation and development of monozukuri.”, said TMC President Akio Toyoda.
