Our used car section is mostly filled with all kinds of old-timers, some of which are in dire need of restoration and others being ready to hit the road again with the more or less rare V8 powertrains. But this story is not dedicated to a machine born many decades ago, as what we have here is a sexy and relatively modern Aston Martin.
It is a 2015 V8 Vantage that has a bit too much red lipstick if you ask us. The lively hue can also be seen on the front and rear bumpers, side skirts, and the upper parts of the side windows, and on the brake calipers behind the V-spoke alloys. It contrasts the main hue of the car, which is white, and we think it would look way better if it was dressed in silver.

Fortunately, the interior looks more traditional. Here, the British grand tourer has black leather upholstery on a lot of components, including those comfortable seats that feature a lot of side bolstering. Red is present here, too, in the form of contrast stitching and several accents, including the GT emblem on the headrests.

Unless you are into giant screens, one great thing about this car is that it doesn't feature an infotainment system, as with the old-school radio, the central part of the dashboard looks more traditional and better if you ask us. That large multi-function steering wheel should be a peach to hold on long drives, and those looking through it will see conventional gauges behind it.

As you have likely noticed, this is a three-pedal car. The stick shift with six forward gears is hooked up to a 4.7-liter V8 engine and rear-wheel drive. When it left the factory floor, this Aston Martin Vantage had 420 horsepower to play with, which allowed it to hit the 62 mph (100 kph) mark in under five seconds and a 180 mph (290 kph) maximum speed. Chances are some of those horses are dead by now, though it should still pack enough punch for a great weekend drive.

Described as being a one-of-one spec, the baby Aston in question has only two owners in the papers, who took great care of it. Thus, the odometer reads around 18,000 miles (~29,000 km). On top of that, the grand tourer is said to have eaten some $30,000 recently in maintenance, so it is ready to hit the road again. To become its third owner, you will have to fork out $87,900, which is the asking price on Garage Kept Motors. The ad can be accessed here, and you should go there to see it in more pictures from just about every angle. So, could this Aston be your next used ride?
