With almost a decade of experience in tiny house building, Mint Tiny House Company is one of the builders that know best how to meet and satisfy their customers' needs, with most of their designs defying all expectations and challenging the tiny living concept. The latest tiny house coming from the Canadian company is the Ventura, a park model built with family life in mind.
At 40 feet (12.2 meters) long and 10 feet (3 meters) wide, this tiny house on wheels has plenty to offer, from a commodious living room and a modern kitchen to a lavish ground-floor bedroom and two comfy sleeping lofts. What's more, this new design is built to meet the highest standards in terms of construction and aesthetics, with premium materials and appliances as well as beautiful finishing touches.

Vancouver-based Mint Tiny House Company is one of the few companies in North America specializing in both RV-style tiny houses and park models and is renowned for delivering high-design builds that adhere to strict mobile home regulations. With each new build, the team outdoes itself and sets new standards in the tiny house market.

The Ventura is no exception. This new three-bedroom park model looks and feels spacious and luxurious and includes everything a family of six needs to enjoy a comfortable lifestyle. Many families are reluctant to embrace tiny living for fear of feeling cramped in a compact house, but with an ingenious floorplan and clever design hacks, the Ventura tiny home uses the 400 square feet (37 square meters) of available living space in the most efficient way possible.

Indeed, occupants of this tiny home will need to adapt to living more lightly and more intentionally, but they won't have to give up on modern conveniences and style, as the Ventura is designed with a sleek and modern aesthetic and all the creature comforts of a conventional residence.

Built on a quad-axle trailer, this model features board and batten exterior siding painted a calming dusty blue shade, large windows with black trim, and a durable metal gable roof. French doors lead inside the charming interior that boasts a modern farmhouse aesthetic, evoking warmth and comfort. The 10-foot width, all-white walls, and incredibly high ceilings all contribute to creating a feeling of openness you don't often find in tiny houses.

The bright and airy living room has been furnished with an elegant brown leather couch, a coffee table, and a couple of ottomans, creating the ideal space for relaxation and socialization. There is enough space to move the sofa around as you please. You can place it either facing the entrance door to have an unhindered connection with the outdoors or parallel to the kitchen to create a more social space. But regardless of the sofa placement, this living room with comfortable furniture and earthy color scheme makes you want to put your feet up and relax.

The U-shaped kitchen looks like any amateur chef's dream. It's spacious, well-equipped, and family-friendly, with a large island that doubles as a dining area and adds extra counter space. However, the appeal of the kitchen doesn't lie just in the beautiful shaker-style cabinetry or the modern appliances but also in the ingenious configuration that allows you to cook and be part of the action when entertaining, to gather the family together in the evening, and maybe even help with homework while getting dinner ready.

A wood ladder next to the kitchen offers access to the loft above, which is a typical tiny house crawling space but is remarkably bright thanks to windows on both sides of the king-size mattress that prevent it from feeling claustrophobic. Moreover, it offers complete privacy thanks to a separation wall that houses plenty of storage cubicles.

On the other side of the house lies the bathroom with another loft above it and the downstairs bedroom at the far end. The company hasn't made available too many pictures of the bathroom, but it seems to have a black-and-white color scheme and offer all the amenities you would expect from a luxury compact home, including a glass-enclosed shower cabin, a vanity sink, and a toilet.

The ground-floor bedroom is an oasis of peace and relaxation. It offers all the perks of a room in a conventional house, such as full standing height, enough space to walk around the queen-size bed and privacy. Besides that, it also has a huge closet next to the bed and large windows that not only keep the space luminous and well-ventilated but also offer beautiful views.

A secondary ladder leads to the loft above the bathroom. This extra sleeping space is open to the ground floor area, with just a wooden railing for safety, but it looks equally snug and comfy as the first one. For those who don't need a third bedroom, this loft can be used as a versatile space based on the owners' needs.

Spacious and elegant, this expertly designed tiny house proves that luxury and comfort can coexist in a compact living space. In terms of pricing, the Ventura tiny home starts at CAD $182,250 / US $135,000.
