The countdown is finally over. Larte Design has just unveiled the BMW XM and XM Label and they’ve got so much carbon fiber that you don’t know where to look first. The radical modded vehicles look like they really mean business.
Six months. This is how long it took Larte Design to make the BMW XM and XM Label look the way they look in the photos that have just been uploaded on social media. Carbon fiber , accents in red, and a whole bunch of aggressive elements make the two of them genuine head turners.

The XM comes with 644 horsepower (653 PS) and 590 lb-ft (800 Nm), while the BMW engineers took the XM Label all the way to 738 horsepower (748 PS) and 738 lb-ft (997 Nm). The latter is the most potent production series M car that has ever been built.

The 4.4-liter twin-turbocharged V8 engine, working alongside an electric motor, makes the vehicle flash from 0 to 60 mph (0 to 97 kph) in 3.7 seconds on its way to a top speed of 175 mph (280 kph), if equipped with the M Driver’s Package.

And Larte considered those enough, as the team did not interfere on the powertrain, resorting to a plastic surgery on both variants.

Saying that this is the most exclusive of their projects, Larte modded one of the only 500 XM Label examples built and fitted it with a total of 17 components made in carbon fiber, complete with the additional Toronto Red accents. The car is painted in the matte Frozen Carbon Black.

A vented hood showed up front, in the company of a prominent two-piece front splitter and a carbon fiber radiator grille.

The model rides on 23-inch five-spoke alloy wheels with aero discs. To keep up with the looks, the side holdings have been extended, now merging into the redesigned side skirts.

The tuning house came with additional dual spoilers, a two-part one extending from the roof and another one below the rear window, and a bumper extensions, plus a taller air diffuser and Formula 1-style LED lights. Carbon fiber also shows up on the hexagonal twin tailpipes.

The entire bodykit is also compatible with the XM without the “Label” label. The tuning house assures the future owners of such modded XMs that all sensors and driver assistance systems will work flawlessly after the team performs the changes.

The plastic surgery on the BMW XM and XM Label costs around 42,000 euros, which translates into $46,372. There is also a basalt fiber body kit available for 30,000 euros ($33,123). Customers have to pay extra money for the 23-inch wheels: around 8,500 euros ($9,385) per set.

It takes seven hours for the body kit to be installed and eight days for delivery. Larte Design can export worldwide, USA included.
