This is easily one of the vehicles with the longest names in automotive history. It’s called the Kunding KWD6618QCXC, and it is a very cheerful looking school bus, in use in China. Why do all modern vehicles have to look aggressive? Why not give a car (or bus, in this case) a happy, smiling and friendly face?
The bus is built on a Dongfeng Automotive chassis, and the body is designed by Kunding - they affectionately call it the ‘Laughing QQ’. It is powered by four-pot diesel which pumps out a rather weedy-sounding 115 hp - not a lot, considering its 7,300 kg weight.
We say other more well-known manufacturers should take note and stop making all their cars look aggressive and sporty, even though most of them are not. We are sure you all know the American-style school bus, which is very square and serious - not the kind of thing kids look forward to taking a ride in.
