Back in 2002, Daimler’s sub-brand smart signed an agreement with famous tuning firm Brabus under which a new line of customized fortwos were developed. To celebrate the 10th anniversary of this joint venture, which saw 50,000 custom smarts being sold, a special edition model has been launched.
Only 100 units will be built, all built on the Barbus smart fortwo model offering a tuned turbo three-cylinder engine capable of delivering 102 PS and a top speed of 155 km/h (96 mph).
Most of the body on the 10th Anniversary special edition is painted in Liquid Silver. At the same time, color accents come in the form of Titanium headlight bezels, matte grey ally wheels with a red stripe and red Brabus logos.
The interior uses black leather with red accent stitching mirroring the outside, as part of the trim is also red plastic. The 10th anniversary comes with heated seats, LED daytime running lights and navigation as standard.
