Roadworks are usually done at night, in most countries, because traffic is light, electricity is cheaper, and it`s just easier to work. However, it seems that in Russia, they just leave everything lying around at night, and go to sleep.
The driver in this video fails to see the small temporary building which had been placed on the tramline, as well as the plastic dividers, which had been placed to... well, divide the road which could be driven on, from the dug-out tramline. He just ploughs straight into the shed-like building, yet we assume that it was full of ‘equipment’, which stopped it dead.
