In Russia, everybody makes their own rules when it comes to driving, especially when driving in towns, where they create drivable lanes on sidewalks, right through oncoming traffic or parks. This same philosophy also applies to the way they react to road rage.
In most situations, whenever another driver tries to cut you off from the outside, despite the fact that there is no real lane there to speak of, and hits your car, you immediately get out to assess the damage, but only after you`ve moved the car to the side of the road, so that you don`t block traffic (in countries where this is legal).
However, in this incident, the driver of the SUV with the dash-mounted camera is having none of it, and after his vehicle gets lightly-touched by another white car, he smashes through that car’s driver door, as its owner is walking towards his window, holding his pink slip and insurance papers.
