Renault Clio RS 172 Gets a Turbo, Street Races GT-R

We love the Renault Clio RS, we really do, because when we drove the car, it made us happy and proud of our job. However, it seems that there are certain people who love it even more.
Let’s take the driver of the Clio RS 172 in the adjacent video. The man decided that the 172 hp the factory gifted the car with were far from being enough. He turned to force induction in order to quench his thirst for power and while we don’t know exactly how heavily he modified the car, we’ve a video that offers a pretty good idea of that.

The clip shows the little Clio street racing a... Nissan GT-R. The two used a rolling start (the GT-R’s intelligent AWD system would’ve been far too much for the Clio’s front-wheel drive) and, as you can see above, the Japanese supercar doesn’t manage to leave the modded hot hatch too far behind - it looks as if Godzilla gains about one car length during the race.
