Rare Lamborghini Reventon Auctioned on eBay

If extremely expensive and rare supercars should or shouldn’t be driven, that’s a really long discussion. But the fact is that most rare cars, like the Lamborghini Reventon, spend most of their time in garages and showroom and their owners treat them as if they’re made of porcelain. But if you want to change that, now you have a chance, as a Lambo Reventon is up for sale on eBay.

The car is one of the 20 ever made and one of the 10 which made it to the United Stated. If you’re wondering if your credit card can take it, the car has a price tag of $1.495 million. This is the the most powerful and expensive Lamborghini road car to date and it also has a roadster version.

The real interesting part is that this car is looking for its third owner. Its first owner only drove it for 78 miles since the car arrived in the States. And its second owner, the man who is selling it now, bought it in September and only drove it for 5 miles. So a simple question comes to mind: how do you ignore in your garage a 650 hp Italian supercar which does 211 mph? In some cases, care turns to obsession.

It’s not that we don’t understand the fact that this car is worth a lot of money and is very special. We do believe that you should pay extra care while running it, but unfortunately most cars like this one are never driven in the way they were meant.
