The brushed look for cars started out when BMW took a look at gold jewelry, which started getting this new look in the early 2000s. It's fitting then that today we bring you a brushed vinyl wrap in gold.
The target of the makeover is a new Porsche 911 Carrera S, launched just last year. This sportscar has received a lot compliments for its new-found sense of style and the weight it's lost while bulking up, but never caught our eye in factory colors.

A German wrapping company called Print Tech Premium did an amazing job with this car and you wouldn't necessarily know it wasn't painted since all the edges are tucked away. But it's not surprising, really, that they did such a good job. The company is far from being your average taxi wrapper. They're involved with various motorsport teams, including a Le Mans Lotus race prototype last year.

Mihnea's favorite cars have already been built, the so-called modern classics from the '80s and '90s. He also loves local car culture from all over the world, so don't be surprised to see him getting excited about weird Japanese imports, low-rider VWs out of Germany, replicas from Russia or LS swaps down in Florida.
