Gold wraps are by no means discrete or subtle, but the end result is perfect for somebody who wants to stand out. It’s also perfect for the SUVs that never actually go offroad because their huge bodies act as canvases.
Today, we bring you a very bright project from Russian wrappers Re-Styping. We’ve seen their work with gold before, with that BMW X5M we showed you a while back, and today they’ve revealed a special Range Rover Sport.
This time, a bit of the vehicle’s honestly has been kept, and not all the panels are covered in gold foil. The wheels are painted gloss black and the roof and some smaller details are in gloss black.
Chrome finishes are tricky because the material will lose its shine if you stretched it too much around corners, which is a problem considering the Range Rover is boxy. But the Russian have done a flawless job.
