If you work for Opel, you’re going to say that the lines of the Adam borrow from the Astra GTC. But if you don’t, you’re probably going to notice that it looks a bit like the Fiat 500 with an Opel grille.
If Opel manages to capture some of the premium citycar market, it will likely also make new derivatives. Fiat did this with the 500, which has already become a five-door in the form of the 500L and will also spawn the 500X crossover.

This is what the Opel Adam could look like as a 5-door, according to automotive graphic manipulator Theophilus Chin. The wheelbase had to be extended a bit, and the sumptuously curving roof line now hides two doors on each side.

To keep the 3-door look, the rear handles are hidden in the C-pillar, right next to the “Adam” badges.

He also loves local car culture from all over the world, so don't be surprised to see him getting excited about weird Japanese imports, low-rider VWs out of Germany, replicas from Russia or LS swaps down in Florida.
