Audi may not be making many inspiring moves lately, but the four-ring brand still has some special vehicles in its portfolio. The RS 7 is one of them. But involve Mansory and the paradigm shifts. The already impressive four-door hatchback with its swollen fenders becomes a super-sedan.
Don't be intimidated, though! It'll still behave if you want it to.

When writing, the best Audi RS 7 you can order is the "performance" version. In late 2022, the German automaker upgraded the sedan. It gave the unit larger turbochargers and removed some sound deadening. Those two changes allowed the vehicle to develop 30 hp and 37 lb-ft more, while the zero to 62 mph time dropped to 3.4 seconds. The latter was an improvement of 0.2 seconds over the "standard" model if we can call it that.

But Mansory believes that is not enough. So, it can enhance your RS 7 performance even further. The program comprises a modified electronic control unit (ECU), even larger turbochargers, a better exhaust system, and a different air filter that doesn't impact the car's output too much.

The tuning house's RS 7 develops 791 hp and 738 lb-ft of torque. That improvement allows the cool-looking sedan to reach 62 mph in 3.0 seconds, 0.4 seconds faster than what Audi was able to deliver through its upgrade.

But we're talking about Mansory here! The Brand, Germany-based company is known for transforming already amazing vehicles into even more impressive machines. That's why the RS 7 performance hatchbacks that undergo its enhancement program can receive better-looking interiors and have some of their parts replaced with various carbon fiber add-ons. Mansory will even sell you all sorts of premium floor mats.

Mansory's outlandish attitude toward designing fantastic and sometimes questionable body kits or brightly-colored interiors isn't reflected by this RS 7. It certainly looks interesting and piques your interest, but retains a sort of secrecy about itself because of that murdered-out attire.

The vehicle can reach a maximum track speed of 199 mph. At night, it might look like a shadow moving within the city (without breaking the speed limit). When the highway clears up, you can reach higher speeds without worrying about breaking any traffic laws. That's when you'll be able to fully enjoy the sound of the exhaust system. Given the dark look, only its noise and the lighting system will give your position away. It'll be a thirsty trip, but smiles are guaranteed with almost every pedal push.

The Audi RS 7 performance by Mansory also rides on huge wheels that have rubber bands with almost no sidewall. If you end up owning one, you should pay attention to the road. Even a tiny pothole could damage those elegant rims.

Now, discover this hatchback in detail, and don't hesitate to share your thoughts with us. We'd love to hear your take. Don't you think that Batman would enjoy the heck out of it?

Car shows on TV and his father's Fiat Tempra may have been Florin's early influences, but nowadays he favors different things, like the power of an F-150 Raptor. He'll never be able to ignore the shape of a Ferrari though, especially a yellow one.
