Nissan has added six more dealers to the nation-wide network for the UK. They can not only sell but also service the 100% electric vehicle that was named the European car of the year. This take the total number of customer centers across Britain to 32.
These six will be the first to be equipped with the EV, smaller quick chargers, which are currently under development, and should arrive in 2012. All of the new EV retailers will also have a fully trained EV Relationship Manager who will act as a single point of contact at the dealership for Leaf customers.

The new dealerships joining the network are:

  • Holdcroft Nissan, Stoke
  • Macklin Motors, Glasgow
  • Trenton, Hull
  • WLMG, Reading
  • WLMG, Mill Hill
  • Wessex Garages, Bristol

Mihnea's favorite cars have already been built, the so-called modern classics from the '80s and '90s. He also loves local car culture from all over the world, so don't be surprised to see him getting excited about weird Japanese imports, low-rider VWs out of Germany, replicas from Russia or LS swaps down in Florida.
