MG Motor will open its 12th dealership in the last 18 months, the British-based automaker announced today. The new showroom will be located in Woking, just off the A324, and will serve a large area of Surrey, Hampshire and the London commuter belt.
Today’s announcement comes just four weeks after the car manufacturer said a new showroom in Gloucestershire is about join MG’s British network. The new dealership will be supplied with the company’s recently-launched MG3 supermini, which has delivered its first example last week at the MG Motor’s Sales Centre in Longbridge, UK.
As a reminder, the new MG3 supermini can be ordered in four trim levels from £8,399 OTR.
“We’re really excited about the new MG franchise and I think MG is going to be a real force again in British motoring. The arrival of MG to our group is perfect timing with the recent launch of the MG3, which is a class-leading car and, alongside the MG6, I think it will do really well with our target audience here, many of whom will know and love the MG brand,” said James Kimber, managing director of the SMC group.
