The current F1 Concorde Agreement that governs the way TV money is distributed between the teams will expire with this season an a new one has already been signed by prime teams like Ferrari, Red Bull or McLaren.
But it seems some teams might have drawn the short stick, as Mercedes GP is already considering pulling out of racing next year, according to a report from The Telegraph. Not only are the aforementioned bigger teams likely getting the lion’s share of the money, but as part of the proposed F1 initial public offer, Ferrari and Red Bull would get a seat on the company board.

Mercedes is reportedly also willing to take things to court, as they see this being restrictive and unfair, plus a clear abuse of a position of power.
