Now that the 2015 Mercedes-Benz S-Class Coupe (C217) has been officially unveiled, we find very few reasons to think of a better-looking three-pointed star model from the current era.
Naturally, the Mercedes-Benz AMG GT (C190) might prove us wrong, especially if we are to take Gorden Wagener's words about the model for granted.

Until that one arrives, we will probably have rethink our “like” and maybe transfer it towards this stunning rendering by Theophilus Chin, who took the more “ordinary” looking S-Class Coupe (C217), shortened its rear overhang, lowered its DLO (Day Light Opening, or the line going over the car from the headlights to the taillights) and gave it a ginormous hood.

The result pretty much made us drool, especially since we absolutely love this style of coupe (short overhangs, small windows and long-ass hood).

The only problem with it is the fact that it will remain just a rendering on our screens, as such a model would have no purpose in the current and upcoming Mercedes-Benz lineup.
