The world's coolest police fleet has a new toy: the Mansory P720. It's a tuned Mercedes-AMG G 63, which has recently started serving and protecting the streets of Dubai following the delivery event attended by several local police chiefs and the tuner's founder, hosted at the Dubai World Trade Center during the World Police Summit.
The car in question is just as flashy as you would expect, so long as you're familiar with Mansory's work. It has a new body kit, fresh wheels, a significant power boost, and probably some interior upgrades that are not visible in the images the tuner shared on social media over the weekend.

Starting on the outside, this Mercedes-AMG G 63 features fender flares that have made it significantly wider than its stock self. It also has roof attachments in the form of an add-on above the front windscreen with additional lights and a rear spoiler. The hood came from the aftermarket world, and we can also see more add-ons on the front and rear bumpers, a different grille, additional lights, and so on.

The car features a white paint finish with the typical Dubai Police livery in green. The aftermarket components have a forged carbon look, and the new Y-spoke alloys combined black with red. The latter hue can also be seen on the brake calipers. Emergency lights are also on deck, alongside probably a siren and the usual police equipment inside. However, as we already told you, Mansory was not eager to cast the light on the tuned 4x4's cockpit.

Mansory calls this Mercedes-AMG G 63 the P720, and the number, otherwise replicated on the custom license plate, is a reference to the output. Thus, it has 720 metric horsepower, translating to 710 brake horses and 530 kilowatts. That's a healthy boost compared to the stock variant, whose 4.0-liter bi-turbo V8 steams out 577 horsepower (585 ps/430 kW). The mill is good for 627 pound-foot (850 Nm) of torque and enables 0-62 mph (0-100 kph) in 4.5 seconds.

Mind you, this is not Mansory's top boost for the AMG G-Wagen, as they have additional ways of squeezing out even more horses. One of them is called the P850, and as you already know, it puts 838 hp (850 ps/625 kW) under the driver's right foot. In this configuration, the G 63 needs only 3.5 seconds to reach sixty-two miles an hour, so it is a full second faster than an untuned one. Mansory also states it maxes out at 155 mph (250 kph), 19 mph (30 kph) more.

Despite being flashy, we think this Mansory P720 is a great addition to Dubai's Police fleet and a ride bound to turn heads in the city's tourist areas next to other high-end exotics wearing the same livery.
