After the official presentation earlier this year, the Lexus LBX is now gearing up for launch in the United Kingdom. The crossover is offered in no fewer than nine configurations with a single powertrain option, and customer deliveries will start next March.
The 2024 Lexus LBX family kicks off with the £29,995 ($36,765) Urban, which costs £5,140 ($6,300) more than the entry-level Toyota Yaris Cross. The Premium, Premium Plus, and Premium Plus Design start at £32,495 ($39,829), £34,495 ($42,280), and £35,595 ($43,628), respectively. The Takumi and Takumi Design are part of the FWD offerings, with respective RRPs of £38,245 ($46,877) and £39,245 ($48,102).

There are also two all-wheel-drive models on sale, which build on the Takumi and Takumi Design flavors of the crossover. For the former, interested parties are looking at a minimum of £39,545 ($48,470), whereas the latter comes from £40,545 ($49,696). Last but not least, the £39,995 ($49,022) Original Edition completes the range, yet if you opt for this one, then you will have to make do with FWD.

Besides announcing the pricing, Lexus has also detailed the trim levels, revealing that the LBX Urban comes with LED headlights with automatic high beams, 17-inch alloys, parking sensors at both ends, a reversing camera, a 9.8-inch touchscreen display, smartphone integration, a dual-zone climate control.

Choosing the Premium will get you rear privacy windows, rain-sensing wipers, an auto-dimming rearview mirror, a wireless charging pad, Tahara upholstery, and heated front seats. This grade also brings additional safety features, such as blind spot monitoring, safe exit assist, rear side monitor, and a pre-collision system with driver monitoring.

The Premium Plus rides on 18-inch wheels, has an electric tailgate, smart entry, nanoe-X air purification system, and a 12.3-inch digital instrument cluster. The Premium Plus Design brings a bi-tone exterior finish, machined wheels, and faux leather upholstery stitched together with red string.

Audiophiles need to order the Takumi, as it comes with premium audio made by Mark Levinson featuring 13 speakers. This configuration also has ambient lighting, a power driver's seat with a memory setting, semi-aniline upholstery, LED headlamps with adaptive high beams, intelligent park assist, and an advanced safety pack. The Takumi Desing spruces up the offering with a bi-tone look, 18-inch machined alloys, and Ultrasuede and leather upholstery.

Described as being the pinnacle of the LBX family, the Original Edition comes in a unique Sonic Copper bi-tone finish, riding on matt black 18-inch wheels. It also gets some bumper inserts, special decals on the rear pillars, and dedicated badging.

All versions of the Lexus LBX get the Lexus Safety System+ and use the same powertrain, an electrified 1.5-liter three-cylinder unit making 134 hp (136 ps/100 kW) and 136 lb-ft (185 Nm) of torque.
