Comparing this year vehicle sales with the ones in the same period of last year in the Golf region, Lexus has registered a 57 percent increase, consolidating its position in the luxury segment.
The SUV vehicle sales registered 4,152 Lexus LX units and 1,116 RX models sold, representing an increase of 37% and 51% more than last year, respectively. The new refined design also propelled the sedan sales with 180% for the Lexus LS (645 units), 100% for the GS (545 units) and 121% for the Lexus ES (2,434 units sold).

"The Lexus brand has been pushing the boundaries and setting new benchmarks in customer experience with every new vehicle," Toyota Motor Corporation Middle East and North Africa representative office chief Nobuyuki Negishi said. "The first quarter has been phenomenal, and the tremendous growth in our sales is a true reflection of the strong and rapidly growing appeal that the brand has among customers.” he added.
