Leslie Porterfield, Elena Myers, Melissa Paris to form Long Beach Women Racer Panel

Gear up ladies, as some of the fastest women on two wheels will be attending the Long Beach Progressive International Motorcycle Show on December 18th at 2:30pm at the Long Beach Convention Center, the IMS announced today.

Specifically, Elena Myers, Leslie Porterfied and Melissa Paris will be part of a panel discussion in the Women Ride booth to talk about their experiences in professional racing.

These three racers will also share some of their insights to motorcycle race fans, followed by an autograph and group photo session.

Taken separately, 16 year old Elena Myers is the first woman to win an AMA Pro Racing professional motorcycle road race. On the other hand, Leslie Porterfield is a land speed record holder at the Bonneville Salt Flats. Finally, Melissa Paris has the best finishing time for a female racer in the prestigious Daytona 200 as well as being the wife of 2010 AMA Superbike champion, Josh Hayes.
