Update: Not blurred, not fuzzy and not shaky – the trailer is officially out and is even better than the leaked version. Check out how buff Batman's costume is! And while you're at it, tell us if the standoff between the two biggest superheroes ever created doesn't give you goosebumps. Hollywood is rebooting pretty much every movie that's been successful over the past half a century, and they are not afraid to admit it. But the cool thing about Batman vs. Superman is that it has never been done before, so people don't know what to expect.
We've known that the same director from Man of Steel is behind the project since 2014. But we never knew what it meant. Do they actually fight or is this just a cool title to pull people into the franchise? After all, how can the Justice League be formed if the two main guys kill each other?

Today, the first official trailer was leaked online, thanks to a naughty cameraman who decided to film something he wasn't supposed to. And guess what? Superman is going to duke it out with the Dark Knight.

Nobody knows exactly what happens in the movie, but Superman is going bad (like milk?). I've seen similar scenarios in Injustice and some comics, where something makes the Kryptonian snap, either Lois Lane's death or the simple realization that humanity is violent and incompetent.

Anyway, it seems to be true that Ben Affleck does a good job of playing Batman. He's taller than Bale, more muscular too, and he looks good in that steel plated armor he uses to face off his nemesis. This is also the first time we've seen the new Batmobile in action, but only for a few short seconds.

It's pretty clear that the vehicle no longer looks like the tumbler and may have adopted some of the technologies discovered in the spacecraft that General Zod rode to earth. Batman has a really powerful line in the trailer "Tell me, do you bleed? You will!", which suggests kryptonite is going to be used.

When Batman says he will make you bleed, he delivers. This is terribly exciting stuff, but we'll have to wait another year before we can see how Wonder Woman and the Justice League fits into this story.
