Lancia Reveals 2010 Paris Auto Show Goodies

As the upcoming event in Paris approaches fast, every major automaker to attend the event is announcing its lineup for the show. So is the case with the Lancia brand, who will bring the Delta, the Ypsilon and the Musa, showcased alongside some Chrysler vehicles (Grand Voyager Limited Black and 300C Walter P. Chrysler), marking their recent alliance.

The featured cars on the stand at the Paris Show are the Musa and the Ypsilon LPG, which introduce the new dual fuel Euro 5 compliant engines (LPG and petrol) and mark their launch in France after their success in Italy. The Delta MultiAir in a Hard Black version, is also among Lancia’s goodies.

An Ypsilon ELLE and a Musa 5th Avenue are also part of the Lancia offensive. The latter version is a development of the show car introduced at the 2010 Geneva Motor Show and represents a world debut, boasting a two-tone livery (Angelico white and black top) with seats and dashboard in ivory Poltrona Frau leather. All wrapped up by the claim: "Lancia Musa. The City Limousine. Elegance is the only beauty that never fades".

Alongside these models, Lancia has also prepared two versions of the Delta for the event, namely a 120 hp Platino 1.6 MultiJet DPF Selectronic and a 140 hp "Hard Black" 1.4 MultiAir S&S.

As for the Chrysler models, the Chrysler Grand Voyager Limited Black exhibited at the show is equipped with a 2.8 CRD engine, which delivers 163 hp and 360 Nm and is combined with a 6-speed automatic gearbox. On the other hand, the 300C Walter P. Chrysler is equipped with the V6 3.0 turbodiesel common rail power unit coupled with a five-speed automatic gearbox.
