Usually, coverage of a supercar accident is done by people with cellphones or by local media that knows nothing about the car or what it can do. But this time, freelance photographer Jason Thorgalsen, who brought us that awesome Aventador delivery shoot, was actually there with the car that was crashed.
It all happened last year, when he was shooting for an exotic car rental company in one of their “Dream Car Tours”. He didn’t mention which company, but a quick search reveals Gotham Dream Cars as the likely company involved.
The Dream Car Tour puts you and twelve friends in the car seat of your dream “for just $895! (per driver)”.
But the dream quickly turned into a nightmare for, as one of the customers lost control of the Gallardo Spyder he was driving, due to a massive rainstorm. The car went off the road and flipped over in a ditch.
Nobody was killed, but as you can see the paramedics put him in a neck brace.
