One might expect a 22-year-old Lamborghini Aventador to spend $500 (EUR386) on detailing each month, but it seems that this may be a preconception and Aventador owners may have less fortunate financial situations that believed.
How come? A white Aventador, driven by a... 22-year-old, was recently pulled over in Richmond, British Columbia for not having a front license plate, as News1130 writes. The officers discovered that the car had no insurance, so they handed the driver a $500 fine.

The driver’s reaction was as striking as the styling cues of the Raging Bull, with the young man telling the police that there might be a financial issue. The result? The Lambo was impounded.

"[The officer] issued a violation ticket for no insurance and was going to tow the vehicle. And when the owner got the ticket his reply was that it was too expensive," Corporal Robert McDonald with Royal Canadian Mounted Police Traffic Services explains.

“It is just funny that you can afford the Lamborghini but you can't afford the insurance? You can't afford the ticket?" McDonald added.
