If you believe that, no matter what, homes on wheels couldn't replace the comfort of a conventional house, this European model might make you change your mind. Step inside a tiny house where every single area is designed in the best way possible for maximum comfort.
This tiny home's name says it all – the Mobi Kolos was designed to offer extreme spaciousness on wheels, coupled with an ingenious layout and premium amenities that take tiny living from standard to luxury. Sitting on a trailer nearly 10 meters long (9.7 meters/31.8 feet), the Kolos boasts almost 35 square meters (377 square feet) of floor space, enough to add a big loft to a cleverly-divided ground floor.

One of the most unique things about the Kolos is that it offers a fully enclosed floor-level bedroom and a loft bedroom, which are truly luxurious accommodations. This isn't your typical, cramped loft with minimal space and zero storage; you'll be impressed to discover a shockingly wide and airy room with ample floor space and built-in storage that takes up almost an entire wall. Despite the massive furniture, this loft bedroom is fully bathed in natural light thanks to not one but two large windows.

The only slight inconvenience about this beautiful bedroom is that it's accessed via a simple ladder, which doesn't really fall in line with the rest of the house, where full comfort is a priority. Still, you'll be glad there's no staircase taking up precious space when you see the kitchen and the lounge, which are both spectacular.

Kolos truly boasts one of those chef's kitchens that everybody dreams of. It's a 2-in-1 cooking and dining area with L-shaped furniture and a wonderful diner-style setup with a table and two benches. The extra-generous countertop surface is matched only by the full set of cabinets and overhead cupboards that provide more storage than you'd probably need. Style-wise, the all-black furniture with golden fixtures is simply striking, especially with the under-lights highlighting it even more. Plus, this is highly appropriate for a roomy kitchen, where there's no need to create the illusion of a wider space.

The kitchen is also ingeniously fitted with two separate windows so that it gets enough sunlight. Plus, the dining area is conveniently placed by a third window, allowing folks to take in the view each time they sit down for a meal or a snack. A grid-style wooden panel acts as a discrete, elegant divider that adds privacy to the lounge area without isolating it. This way, a seamless flow creates a sense of uninterrupted fluidity in the kitchen and the lounge, merged together into one big area for relaxation and conviviality.

Kolos also delights its guests with what might be the perfect tiny house living room. A gorgeous U-shaped sofa dominates the room, creating an instantly cozy, inviting atmosphere. Beautifully placed in front of the main entrance and large windows, it helps those inside stay connected with the outdoors. It's also good to have such a luminous lounge because you'll need less artificial lighting, which equals smaller bills.

The wall-mounted TV, wooden shelves, and modern coffee table are part of the classic living room décor, topped with a rustic-style fireplace that combines functionality with elegance. The Mobi Kolos is overall a modern-rustic work of art with a balanced mix of premium amenities for a contemporary touch and traditional wooden elements that make it extra-cozy.

Bathrooms are usually the ones to be sacrificed in terms of space when it comes to tiny homes. Even the typical models built by Mobi Tiny House feature modest bathrooms equipped only with the basics. Still, the Kolos had to flaunt an impressive bathroom, and it didn't disappoint. The clean aesthetic with abundant white and a few black accents is reminiscent of high-end hotel design. The full-size bathroom with a shower screen is an ingenious way to make the most of the available space while adding spa-like luxury.

Perhaps the most unique feature inside the Kolos Tiny is the beautiful, separate bedroom that ensures total privacy, as well as easy, comfortable access. No one could say no to this type of bedroom fitted with an elegant queen-sized bed and ample overhead cabinets. Every element was carefully added to enhance the peaceful, rest-inducing atmosphere, with the benefit of generous storage in the same room.

Having two spacious bedrooms also translates to greater flexibility. The owners can choose to use only the downstairs room as a bedroom and turn the loft into a very elegant home office or guest room. And, although perfectly suited to accommodate a large family long term, the Kolos was ultimately meant to become a stunning "bachelor pad on wheels, "and it shows. With more than 370 square feet of floor space and a flexible layout, the Kolos can go beyond the usual possibilities of a tiny home, not to mention that it looks just as good, if not better, than an actual contemporary bachelor pad.
